NEW  CAMERA  -  We are asking all organizations of the church to donate money for our new digital camera, which costs $250.00.  Any donations are greatly appreciated.  (See Fred Bartz).

South Buffalo Ecumenical Association – Is sponsoring a day of prayer and reflection at the Columban Center this Thursday, October 12, 2006.  Participants will explore ways to renew the ecumenical spirit within our community, to define practical and everyday ways to express our respect for other Christian Faith Traditions, and to pray for unity with fellow Christians. 

                The day begins at 10:00 a.m., includes lunch, and ends at 3:00 p.m.  Car-pooling is available.  The motorcade leaves Salem Lutheran Church at 9:15 a.m.  Pastor Naomi Babcock and Fr. Mike Putich, OFM are the presenters.  Reservations are necessary.  The fee is $20.00.  Please call Sr. Monica at 823-4653.
